Stephen Chan has been the Chief Technology Officer at Mint Tower since 2011. He is responsible for the development and support for all trading applications. Stephen feels at home in the informal working environment and, in constant dialogue with the team, he optimises the use of technology for the fund.
Prior to joining Mint Tower, Stephen was an equity derivatives trader at ABN AMRO’s Principal Strategies Group since 2007. Within the multi-strategy team, his focus was on volatility arbitrage, where he was responsible for index and dividend arbitrage. After the takeover of ABN AMRO by Royal Bank of Scotland, he remained active in his role until 2011.
Stephen studied Computer Science and Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
